Successful management buyout
When the owners of 3 branches of Saxton Mee, the region’s largest independent estate agent, wanted to retire, they were keen to sell their successful business to the management team rather than offering it out to the open market.
We worked closely with the management team and owners to come up with an exit strategy that split the business in two, with each element being purchased through a management buyout, which was successfully completed in September 2020.
