Heathcotes Group is one of the UK’s most experienced providers of specialist residential care for adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs and complex needs. Founded in 2004, they support over 500 people in a variety of residential settings and hold over 75 property settings across the UK.
Mitchells Corporate Agents received instruction for the sale in February 2020, just as the COVID-19 pandemic was ramping up, and quickly sourced the right buyers. With two private equity purchasers, a large property portfolio of 75+ properties and a global pandemic to consider, the process was anything but simple. But we were able to deliver a complete end-to-end solution with the successful deal being signed in late 2020. The cherry on top was being recognised for our work in the region’s Dealmaker Awards in 2021, taking top prize in the Deal of the Year category.
